Facing Delays in Handover Time for Prime Orders – Need Urgent Resolution
Dear Amazon Seller Support Team and Community,
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding delayed handover times for my orders, especially those with the Prime badge.
Previously, the system allowed me to schedule a pickup and hand over the parcel within one day of receiving an order. For instance, if I received an order on May 29, 2025, I could schedule a pickup and ship it by May 30, 2025 – this was working smoothly before May 10, 2025.
However, after this date, the system now shows an extended "Ship by" date. For the same order on May 29, I am now shown a ship-by date of June 3, 2025, and the scheduling option does not allow an earlier pickup. This unnecessary delay is affecting my seller performance and customer satisfaction, especially since the product has a Prime badge, which customers expect to be delivered faster.
I have raised multiple tickets and escalations regarding this issue, but so far, I have not received any proper resolution or explanation.
I kindly request the Amazon team to look into this issue urgently and revert to the previous handover timelines. If there has been any policy change, I would appreciate a clear communication or guidance on how to maintain faster handling times, especially for Prime orders.

I have been facing this issue since a long time as well and it has hampered my sales significantly.Now most of the customers reject the order at the time of delivery or if its prepared they return it citing that the product is no longer needed and when you contact customer service they only have one reply that it is something they can't control and its generated automatically and you also can't schedule before the alloted pickup date.Also most of my replacements that need to be sent are also delayed and it effects my seller performance and also the profits go towards amazon shipping charges.Most of the orders are cancelled before dispatch and there is nothing that can be done despite putting money in advertising.Amazon as a platform is letting down sellers
