I'm a new seller on Amazon India, and for the past 25 days. I've scheduled multiple pickups, but no one has shown up for the pickup despite my efforts. I'm stuck in the process and unable to send my products. If anyone has faced this issue and found a solution, please share your experience.

Getting this error "It's rush hour and traffic is piling up on that page. Please try again in a short while. If you were trying to place an order, it will not have been processed at this time." while anyone trying to buy a product from my catalogue.

I HAVEN'T RECIVED ANY ORDER FROM LAST 7-8 DAYS !!!!!!!!!

and seller support guys are just useless sitting on chairs doing nothing. Amazon is getting worse day by day.

Now i am looking forward to move to Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO. In fact Meesho is doing great now from amazon.

My certain listings are getting inactive on their own.

The reason written there is that I have made them inactive.

But i did not.

This has happened around 4 times now.

When reported it to seller support they say that you have list the products again but i tried reactivating them and it worked.

What i want to know is that who makes them inactive in the first place because i certainly did not.

Pls Change my bank detail.

Hi,

We are hair oil brand and facing issue while listing our products with its benefits. Its a completed researched product with natural ingredients but as soon we use some words like Hair growth or anti greying or thick or growth . They are blocking listing or videos and says false medical claims and asking for clinical trails or lab reports to certify claims. However, I see small brands listing with benefits. I am quite sure they would have not surfaced any such certificates or reports but how are they able to list their products with benefits. Request help here !!
