Hello fellow sellers,

I'm facing a serious issue that I hope someone here can help with or has experienced before.

2–3 of my major listings were automatically deactivated without any action from my side. When I try to reactivate them, I’m not able to do so.

I've already reached out to Seller Support multiple times, but unfortunately, they haven’t been able to resolve the issue or provide a clear explanation.

These listings have been down for several days, and it's significantly impacting my business.

Has anyone else experienced this recently? Any advice on how to escalate this issue or get it resolved would be greatly appreciated.

One of the customer placed COD order twice in span of 5min.

We assume it is either fake order or one order placed is by mistake.

I immediately raised issue with customer care, who asked me to fill suspicious order form and wait.

Mail received from Amazon asking to wait for 12 hours and if no response receive to ship the order.

If this is a mistaken order(COD), we small business end up in loss for transportation fee, return etc.

We can raise Safe-T claim only receiving a damaged product.

As we have started new business and new to e-commerce, we thought this is a suspicious order and did not dispatch.

We also wrote a mail to Customer asking to confirm two product dispatch to same location in two order IDs. Got no response.

Now Amazon has cancelled both the orders, and charges the seller for cancellation fee. And affects the cancellation metrics.

By shipping the product also, we may end up in loss and without shipping also ending with loss in terms fees.

Disappointed with response received from Amazon. They Don't reimburse the cancellation fee, nor the cancellation metrics reverted.

This demotivates the new sellers on Amazon.

i try everthing cookie and cache file even incognito mode and other browser too. but still cant open seller center just ask me lots of stuff which i provide from screenshot to URL even share all broweser vrsion , but still cant open from last 1 week so cant handle my money which spend on amazon even my order is stop. meanwhile they pass responsibility to someone like " go to amazon ads" while i cant open amazon ads..if i can open that help forum then how can i contact other way..

literally frastrated by support team .

chat support team just run away. evert time they send issue to technical support by mail in 24 hrs.

hope anyone can help me.

आपसे निवेदन है कि कृपया इस विषय पर तुरंत ध्यान दें और अपनी पिकअप टीम को यह निर्देशित करें कि वे उत्पादों को सावधानीपूर्वक और जिम्मेदारी से संभालें। साथ ही, इस तरह की घटनाओं की पुनरावृत्ति न हो, इसके लिए उचित प्रशिक्षण और निगरानी की व्यवस्था की जाए।
