URGENT: Amazon Removed Bank Details Linked to Incred Loan – Cannot Update or Withdraw Funds

Dear Sellers / Moderators,

I urgently need help regarding a critical issue that has affected my Amazon India seller account.

About 2 years ago, I took a business loan through Amazon Lending with incred . As per the lending process, my bank account was automatically linked with Incred designated account, and everything worked smoothly until 20 ago

Suddenly, Amazon removed the bank details and now shows an error message:

"Bank account details removed. Please assign or update a valid bank account."

However, when I try to assign or update the bank account, I get this error:

"FORBIDDEN: You are not allowed to update the bank details."

I understand that the account is locked due to the Incred loan, but why were the bank details removed in the first place?

My Amazon account has:

- **₹1,00,000++ in balance**

- **₹45,000 available for withdrawal**

But I cannot withdraw any amount due to this issue.

I have contacted Seller Support **daily for 7+ days**, but they only reply with "We're working on it. Please wait."

This situation is affecting my business operations, and I’m under financial pressure due to this unnecessary delay.

🔹 Requesting Amazon Team:

- Kindly explain why the bank account was removed.

- Please help me either relink the correct account or release my funds urgently.

🔹 Requesting Fellow Sellers:

- If anyone faced a similar issue and got it resolved, please share how you managed it.

Pickup Boy Didnt came to pick orders

Heyy im selling on amazon from past 3 years and yesterday the delivery boy called me and asked me to provide him the return packages's OTP but he didnt handover them to me so , i simply refused to provide it as i havent received any return package so he threatened me that he will not pick my orders tommorw .

and today he didnt came to pick my orders total 43 orders are there waiting for pickup and he didnt came and when i called the shipping station theie manager told me that i hadnt gave them the OTP thats why they didnt came to pick the orders which is totally nonsene and AMAZON's POLICY VOILATION BYT THE SHIPPING HUB.

now i will have to face the consequences as my Late dispatch rate will increase to 11% for 7 days window and 3% for 30 days window and theres ZERO mistake of mine .

I request AMAZOn to take very strict action against these fools as they are harming my business for their so called EGO .

THATS SERIOUSLY UNTOLERATABLE , PLEASE REPLACE HIM I DONT WANT TO HAND MY PACKETS OVER TO A FOOL LIKE HIM.

I guess each one of us selling on Amazon has encountered fake orders and returns too. Few returns and buyers are genuine while some are fake. But when someone gets refund for their order citing a fake reason they get refund from customer support unbiased. But when seller asks the details or wants to verify that on which grounds refund was initiated , the seller support will always respond saying that we cant access customer support data neither tell you on what grounds refund was processed.

SO, THERE IS NO TRANSPARENCY FOR SELLER. SECONDLY, THE SELLER EVEN CANNOT KNOW ON WHAT GROUNDS THE REFUND WAS PROCESSED. IN MANY CASES WHEN A PHYSICAL PRODUCT IS SHIPPED INTACT. THE CUSTOMER QUOTES RECEIVED DAMAGE PRODUCT OR DOES DAMAGE TO IT AS THERE IS NO RETURN POLICY FOR THAT PRODUCT BECAUSE THAT PRODUCT WAS LISTED IN A CATEGORY WHICH WAS NON- RETURNABLE.

NOW AMAZON COMES AND REFUND YOUR ORDER WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY PROOFS TO TAKE THE SELLER INTO CONFIDENCE. RATHER THEY SAY WE CANT ACCESS DATA AND LET YOU KNOW ON WHAT GROUNDS REFUND WAS PROCESSED.

I GUESS MANY OF OUR SELLERS FROM OUR SELLING COMMUNITY HAVE GONE THROUGH THIS. I MYSELF HAVE GONE THROUGH THIS.

I GUESS ITS HIGH TIME NOW. SELLERS SHOULD UNITE AGAINST THESE POLICY AND REPORT IT. ANYWAYS GOVERNMENT JUST EARNS TAXES FROM OUR SALES AND SO DOES AMAZON GETS COMMISSION. LOSS OCCURS TO SELLERS EVENTUALLY AS THERE IS NO SELLER PROTECTION POLICY .

DON'T YOU THINK ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN.???

I DEFINITELY WILL FIGHT AGAINST THIS AND DRAG AMAZON INDIA INTO THE COURT FOR THE NON TRANSPARENCY IN THEIR POLICIES.

WISH IF ALL SELLERS GET UNITED IT CAN BE TACKLED UP EASILY.

dear sellers, in the month of May 2025, the amazon easyship ship by dates have been erratic. we ship exclusively using amazon easyship. we are a business that has put the default handling time for orders as 0 days (to enable same day shipping).

previously, when an order gets punched, after 1.30 pm on a day 'D', the ship by date will be 'D+1' day. for orders that are punched on the day 'D' before 1.30 pm, the ship by date will be 'D' itself.

this has not been the case this month. can other sellers let me know whether this is the case with them as well? has amazon acknowledged this issue and are they working towards a resolution? seller support has not been helpful as they throw around terms like "easyship is a highway, the ship by dates depend on a lot of factors like the traffic on the highway" etc etc.

Let’s debate on your each criteria for getting orders on Amazon.

You evaluate my products and I will also evaluate my products against top selling products in my category.

Because, I am about to leave Amazon as seller unless I am convinced by you that I can run a sustainable business with Amazon without building and giving inventory to FBA partners..

Hoping for some moral/ethical discussion around business principles as well.

Fake Multiple Copyright Complains by Apple Company

Apple Company associates are wantedly filing multiple dozens of copyright ifringement complaints on all my listings. According to them, they don't want any other seller to sell the products. My listing images are not matching with Apple products. Design is little bit similar, but not same. But still apple is filing complains and Amazon is blindly blocking all my listings and my account health decreasing. Does Amazon fears from Apple company?. Why entertaining this third class company, who doesn't want any competition on Amazon. After sumbmitting proofs also amazon is not listening. Apple company is doing Gundaism/Dadagiri on Amazon. Still amazon is supporting them. Our brand is different, our design is different, but still apple filing patent infringement complains. Apple became mad now.
