Manage FBA Shipments

The Manage FBA Shipments page displays your shipments to Amazon's fulfilment centres and the status of each shipment.

From there you can return to the shipping workflow to work on a shipment or track a shipment's progress.

Shipping Queue Filter and Sort

The Manage FBA Shipments page enables you to filter your shipments by the content in the Last Updated and Status fields.

You can also organize your searches within the shipping queue by sorting the list of shipments. Click the column heading for any of the following fields to sort by them in ascending order. Click the column heading again to sort in descending order

Manage FBA Shipments displays up to 100 shipments per page. Click on Previous and Next button to navigate to additional shipments in your queue.

Shipment Status

Below are definitions of the status you might see for your shipments.

Status Description Functions Available
Working You have not sent the shipment.
  • Edit quantities
  • Add or remove SKUs
  • Enter or change shipping information
  • Print labels
  • Delete the shipment
Ready to Ship You have entered the required information in the shipping workflow. You have not clicked Mark as Shipped yet.
Note: When filtering for Working, shipments that are Ready to Ship will also display.

Shipped You have clicked Mark as Shipped in the shipping workflow.

In-Transit The shipment has been reported in-transit to one of our fulfilment centres by the carrier or an appointment has been made for delivery (LTL only).

Delivered The shipment has been reported as delivered to one of our fulfilment centres by the carrier.

Checked-In The shipment has been checked-in to a dock at one of our fulfilment centres.

Receiving The shipment contents are being processed into inventory at one of our fulfilment centres.
Note: Incorrect quantities or improperly labelled items might delay processing of your shipment.

Closed All of the inventory in your shipment has been processed and is available for fulfilment.

Cancelled You have cancelled the shipment. If the shipment was In Transit, Delivered, Checked-In, in Receiving, you will need to arrange to have unreceived inventory returned to you.

Deleted You have deleted the shipment.

Error There is an error with your shipment. Use the Contact Us form for more information.

You can close your FBA shipment from the link here. Ensure that you enter the correct shipment ID while using the tool.
