For Self Ship Orders, you have to provide the Order invoice.
To print the documents required to process Easy Ship and Self Ship orders, follow the instructions given below.
Shipping label: You can use the Manage Orders feature to print a shipping label for each order. Shipping label is generated once the pickup scheduling is complete. Click Print to print the shipping label. To reprint the label, go to Order details page and click ‘reprint label’.
Invoice/Tax details: Invoicing feature is available for Easy Ship and Self Ship orders. Invoice will be generated in your seller central account when a buyer places an order and will be available for printing along with the shipping label. To reprint the invoice, go to Order details page and click ‘reprint label’.
Warranty Slip: Enter the serial number/IMEI during pickup scheduling to generate a warranty slip for applicable products. You can ship this to the buyer, which can then be used by the buyer as proof of purchase. The serial number field is applicable only for mobile phones, cameras, televisions and laptops. It will not populate for any other product category.
