Payments Summary

Statement View

This page summarizes your payment related information for your transactions on It shows your current total balance (which is the amount aggregated in your account for sales made by less expenses), available funds (which is the total balance in your account less amount held in reserves by Amazon) and the most recent payout to you across all account types (electronic payments and pay-on-delivery). It also allows you to get a breakdown of that balance in an account through a graph that shows:

  • Beginning Balance: The amount carried over from the previous settlement period including account level reserves and failed disbursements (if any).
  • Sales: The amount generated through your orders, consisting of:
    • Product Charges: your price for all quantity of the products sold by you on
    • Shipping: collected from customers to cover shipment of orders.
    • Tax: tax collected from customers.
    • Promo Rebates: Rebates offered for promotions that runs.
    • Other: includes FBA inventory reimbursements, gift wrap credits.
  • Refunds:
    • Refunded Expenses:: amount covering fees charged by Amazon.
    • Refunded Sales: amount covering refunds of customer orders including payments such as sale price of the product, shipping costs, gift wrap, concessions and tax, as applicable to the refund transaction.
  • Expenses: Charges made to your account consisting of:
    • Amazon Fees: includes, but not limited to, referral fees, monthly professional selling fee (if applicable), FBA fulfilment fees or EasyShip charges, chargebacks for shipping and gift wrap, Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST), State Goods and Services Tax (SGST) and Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) collected on fees and.
    • FBA Fees: includes, but not limited to non-order fees such as storage of inventory at our fulfilment centres, order removal, and reimbursement and balance adjustments.
    • Cost of Advertising: the cost incurred for advertising (if any).
    • Other: miscellaneous charges which can include coupon redemption fees, Amazon Lending payments and Tax Collected at Source (TCS).
  • Account Level Reserves: amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfil any claims or chargebacks. Learn more here.
