Only eligible products can be included in the Subscribe & Save programme. From the eligible products, you can identify the products that you wish to offer under the programme using the means designated by Amazon. Products must be offered through FBA. Additional eligibility criteria may include your sales history, inventory levels and performance metrics.
For eligible offers, the Subscribe & Save discount, as determined by you, is applied to your price for the product on the day that the order is placed. The discount is applied to the selling price that you set for the products you offer as subscriptions and is deducted from your revenue. FBA picks, packs and ships your Subscribe & Save order.
In order to ensure regular fulfilment of subscribe and save orders and better performance on the marketplace, below are few suggestive tenets which the sellers may choose to follow:
Seller performance reviews are ongoing in order to ensure a positive Amazon customer experience. When evaluating performance, we consider such things as your ability to maintain inventory levels sufficient to meet customer demand, customer feedback and Subscribe & Save order cancellations. Poor performance metrics may affect your ability to participate in the programme.
You can go to Subscribe & Save Manage products to access your performance dashboard and review the following metrics for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly time frames:
You can also get these performance metrics at the ASIN level by using the search option on the dashboard. You can search up to 20 ASINs at a time.
