Your Manage Orders page provides a customisable view of all your orders on all sales channels. You can view all orders within a given date range or use Search and Advanced Search to filter specific types of orders. To view the page from your seller account, click Orders, and then click Manage Orders.
Here is some additional information:
Buyers' phone numbers will not be visible for orders that are fulfilled by Amazon. If you must contact the buyer, follow the steps listed on the Contact a buyer page.
For seller-fulfilled orders, you must ship or ship-confirm the order within Estimated Ship Date. If the order is not shipped and ship-confirmed within 24 hours of the Estimated Ship Date, Amazon will automatically cancel the order. In case the order is automatically cancelled, you will not be paid, even if you have dispatched the order.
When you ship or ship-confirm for even one item in an order, we charge the buyer for the entire order. When you confirm shipment for even one item in an order, we charge the buyer for the entire order. If the entire order is not confirmed, then you will see the "Shipment is late" status in Manage Orders and a warning message on your seller account home page. If the entire order is not shipped or ship-confirmed, then you will see the "Shipment is late" status in Manage Orders and a warning message on your seller account home page. These will appear even if you have refunded the remaining items in the order.
