Selected Self Ship - Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is Selected Self Ship? Why should I use it? How will it benefit me?

Selected Self Ship allows you to selectively self ship your products in a specific region while using Amazon Easy Ship to pick-up & deliver orders to rest of India. You can now use your delivery capabilities (through courier partners or your own delivery staff) in the local area/region and leverage Amazon Easy Ship for regional and national deliveries. All of this can be achieved with the help of a simple template configuration in Self Ship (under Shipping Settings) page.

2. How to check if my account is eligible for Selected Self Ship eligibility?

To check if your account is eligible for Selected Self Ship, go to Settings > Shipping Settings > Settings tab and scroll down :

However, it does not impact your Prime badge on other Amazon fulfilment channels (FBA and Seller Flex). You can also continue to sell on standard self ship even if removed from the Local Shops Program. You can monitor your performance metrics from Seller Central > Performance > Account Health > Eligibilities.
