If you suspect a buyer to be abusive or an order to be fake for Easy Ship or Self-Ship orders, then you can now directly report that order on Seller Central. This will replace the earlier process of calling Selling Partner Support and reporting that order by sharing the order details.
To register a case on Seller Central, please follow these steps:
Once the order is reported, we will get back to you within 24 hours through e-mail with the details of the next steps. If there is no evidence against the order/buyer, then we will email you to ship the order. In case the order is Easy Ship and found to be a fake or the buyer is abusive, we will cancel the order and send you an e-mail confirming the same. In case the order is Self-Ship and found to be a fake or the buyer is abusive, we will send a mail recommending you to cancel the order. In case you do not receive any e-mail from our team, we suggest you to ship the order before the Estimated Shipping Date (ESD).
We recommend you to report the order at least one day before the Estimated Ship Date (ESD). If you raise the case within the last 24 hours of Estimated Ship Date (ESD), then we will not be able to complete the investigation and your order will get auto cancelled. In this case, we suggest you to ship the order before the order cut-off period.
