Regional In-Stock %: Number of Buy Box (BB) winning customer views coming from clusters where you have inventory or have replicated your inventory against total BB winning customer views on seller’s selection.

Example: If a seller is replicated only in Mumbai and has won Buy Box on a product. Customers views on the BB winning product is 10000, out of which customer views coming from Mumbai on that product is 3500, then Regional In-Stock % is 35%.
