Driver/ DA logged in with credentials which is not an existing amazon buyer account while accepting the invitation.
Invitation sent to driver is accepted by using the seller amazon account credentials.

Re-invite a different driver/ associate and make sure that driver logs in with a registered Amazon buyer account while accepting the invitation.

Should only use the credentials (login ID and pwd) which was received before and you should never accept a DA invitation using your own Seller Central account ID and password. Always use a separate but valid buyer account on A.in for DA invite and acceptance.

Delivery associate has not been on-boarded on seller’s SC account.

DA might be clicking on the barcode icon while opening the App.

Ensure the Android version to be more than 6.0

Check whether DA is added under user permission tab in SC.

Ensure you are not clicking at the barcode icon when you open the app.
