These AM services are delivered by experienced Account Managers with category knowledge and provide data driven insights on key inputs to help you grow your business.
Types of Account Management Services
Amazon offers the following Account Management Services currently:
Strategic Account Management (SAM) – SAM is a free account management service that provides sellers with data based insights on growing their business on the Amazon India Marketplace, introduce you to new business opportunities and provide guidance on category specific inputs on selection expansion. Under SAM, sellers are provided with a year long account management engagement (subject to seller performance and business metrics staying above the program thresholds). This service is currently extended only by invitation and sellers are selected based on their existing performance metrics (ODR, PFCR, LSR) and key customer facing metrics (Prime Adoption, Tools Adoption and Current Selection).
Time Bound Account Management (TBAM) – TBAM is a free account management service that provides sellers with 3 to 6 months of account management engagement with focus on giving insights on best practices for growth, improving key metrics for growth and explore self-help tools like SP Ads, Deals etc. for business growth. This service is currently extended only by invitation and is limited to a selected number of sellers based on the seller performance metrics (ODR, PFCR, LSR) and key customer facing metrics (Prime Adoption, Tools Adoption, and Current Selection).
Amazon Business Advisory (ABA) – ABA is a paid account management service that provides business intelligence driven strategic insights to the sellers in order to scale up their revenues and contribute in making them successful on the Amazon India Marketplace by driving key inputs.
