How to update the app to v3.65

We are happy to announce that the latest version of the Amazon Delivery app has been released and is available for download here. We request you to ensure that you update your app before January 1, 2022, to continue with uninterrupted tracking of your orders using the app.

To update the app, follow the steps below:

  1. Download the apk file from the link here.
  2. Open the downloaded file and click Install or OK to confirm.


  3. If you are prompted to change the settings to allow installation from the concerned source, click Settings and then click Allow to continue. These prompts might look different in different devices. Refer to the samples below.


  4. Once the installation is completed, sign in to the app with your delivery associate (DA) credentials. If you receive a prompt to approve the sign in attempt, click Approve.


  5. Allow the app to access current location, camera and phone app by clicking Allow for all the prompts.


  6. There might be an OTP confirmation requirement before your sign in is successful. If prompted, enter your phone number and then the OTP sent to that number, in the next screen.


  7. The latest version of the Amazon Delivery app is now ready for use on your device.

Frequently asked questions

How long will I be able to continue using the current version of the app?

You have to update to the latest version by January 1, 2022, as the current version expires on that date. We recommend that you do this as soon as you receive the email with the update link.

I tried to update my app by using the Update now option from within the current version of the Amazon Delivery app but it failed. How to proceed?

Retry using the update links in the Help section above or the email that you received regarding the update.

I am being asked to install Ezetap during the Amazon Delivery app installation. What should I do?

You may skip the installation or install Ezetap. The Amazon Delivery app will function either way.

The app shows an error Device not paired and asks me to pair an Ezetap device. How to proceed?

You can click Back on the screen and move away from this screen. You can continue to use the app for scans.

The app is installed but when I sign in it asks me to enter GST and other details that I do not have.

Ensure that you are using the delivery associate credentials to sign in to the app and not the Seller Central account credentials.

I don’t have the previous version of the app installed on my phone, can I use the update link above to install the latest version of the app on my phone?

Yes. You can install the latest version of the app using the update link even if you do not have the previous version of the app installed on the same device.

I just registered as a delivery associate and installed the app using the invite link. Should I update the app using the link that I received in my email?

If you registered as a delivery associate on or after December 31, 2022, you already have the latest version of the app (v 3.65) on your phone. You do not need to update the app again.

My device is not on the latest version of Android. Can I update my Amazon Delivery app?

You can update to the latest version of the Amazon Delivery app if the Android version of your device is Android 6.0 or higher.
