Selected Self Ship allows you to selectively self ship your products in a specific region while using Amazon Easy Ship to pick-up & deliver orders to rest of India. You can now use your delivery capabilities (through courier partners or your own delivery staff) in the local area/region and leverage Amazon Easy Ship for regional and national deliveries. All of this can be achieved with the help of a simple template configuration in Self Ship (under Shipping Settings) page. To understand this better, let’s take example of sellers from Rajasthan who sell pliers. Selected Self Ship offers the following options:
|Option 1: They can choose to receive only self ship orders from Rajasthan, which they can deliver themselves or through external couriers, and stop customers from placing orders from rest of India.||Option 2: They can now choose to receive only self ship orders from Rajasthan (deliver themselves or via external couriers) and use Amazon Easy Ship to ship orders to customers from rest of India.|

How is Selected Self Ship different from Self Ship?
With Selected Self Ship, you can choose to receive only Self Ship orders from regions of your choice and Easy Ship orders from rest of India. However, this is not possible with Self Ship, if your selling account is also enabled on Easy Ship as orders from customers will always get classified as Easy Ship orders. They will be tagged as Self Ship only if your products are ineligible for Easy Ship or if customer PIN code is not supported by Easy Ship. Therefore, Selected Self Ship allows you to select fulfilment channel (Easy Ship or Self Ship) for your SKUs
