Total Late Dispatch Rate: Total Late Dispatch Rate (TLDR) includes all orders that are ship-confirmed (dispatched) after the ship date as a percentage of total orders over a specific time period. It applies to orders fulfilled across all delivery channels. It is important to confirm the shipment of orders by the expected ship date so that customers can see the status of their shipped orders online.
