In the event of an unexpected spike in unshipped Easy Ship Prime or Local Shop Prime orders in your account, we may temporarily restrict the new Prime orders for your account. This is to ensure that you are able to fulfil your recent pending Prime orders while maintaining high performance standards and good customer experience.
To automatically start receiving new Prime orders, ensure that all Prime performance metrics are within the prescribed thresholds on your recent Prime orders. For Easy Ship Prime performance metrics and thresholds, go to Maintain Enrolment in Easy Ship Prime. For Local Shops Prime performance metrics and thresholds, go to Maintain enrolment in Local Shops - Prime.
When you automatically start receiving new Prime orders, you will see a Prime badge next to these orders on Manage Orders page in Seller Central. Ensure that you meet the prescribed thresholds applicable for fulfilling these orders.
You can track your Prime performance metrics on Seller Fulfilled Prime Performance Dashboard.
You can identify unshipped Prime orders by going to Manage Orders page on Seller Central and adding the filter Prime unshipped. Every Prime order will have a Prime badge next to it. See the screenshot below for reference.
For processing Easy Ship Prime orders, go to Processing Easy Ship Prime orders.
For processing Local Shops – Prime orders, go to Identification and processing of Local Shops - Prime orders.
