Hi,
In my account a long term removal order was triggered and the entire inventory has been scheduled to return to the specified default address
Because of this my listing is out of stock and inactive
The default address is also wrong
So
1. I want to cancel this removal order or
2. Change the address its getting shipped to
( I already changed the desired address after the removal order was created, but it doesnt update in the "Removal Order Details
" or get cancelled, I get a error when i try to cancel
"Whoops! An internal error occurred while processing your request. We are actively working to resolve the problem. Please try submitting your request again later")
Any work around for this
Can Amazon update the new shipping address for this removal order from their side ?
Please help
