STEP is a tiered level-based benefits programme that provides customised and actionable recommendations to help you work on improving key customer experience metrics, such as Service Quality Score, Product Listing Quality Score and Prime Listing Customer Views, among others. With STEP, you are evaluated at the start of every quarter based on your performance in the previous quarter.
