We want to thank you for serving customers with amazing products, great prices, and convenient delivery. You’ve helped us build one of India's most customer-centric marketplaces, and we remain committed to supporting your business growth.

On March 16, 2026, we’re updating our fee structure which may help you price more competitively and save on fulfilment costs.

The following changes will apply:

  • Zero referral fees expanded to products up to ₹1,000

    We're expanding zero referral fees from products under ₹300 to products priced up to ₹1,000 across 1,800+ categories. This includes apparel, shoes, fashion jewellery, grocery, home décor and furnishings, beauty, toys, kitchen products, automotive, and pet products. With this expansion, over 12.5 crore products will now incur zero referral fees.

  • Easy Ship fee reductions for products under ₹300

    If you use Easy Ship for products priced under ₹300, you'll benefit from a total ₹15 fee reduction. This comes from a ₹10 reduction in weight handling fees across all weight slabs and a ₹5 reduction in closing fees.

  • Referral fee reductions for products above ₹1,000

    To support growing categories with strong demand, we've reduced referral fees by 4% to 9.5% for high-demand product categories priced above ₹1,000. This includes apparel, healthcare, home improvement, home appliances, personal care, grocery, pet care, footwear, and automotive.

  • Closing fee reductions for self-shipped orders

    To help you grow, we’re keeping the reduced closing fees introduced in 2025 for self-shipped orders for 2026 as well. For products priced under ₹300, the closing fee has dropped from ₹45 to ₹20. For products priced between ₹300 and ₹500, the closing fee has dropped from ₹35 to ₹26. The closing fee rate card has been updated across all channels and price bands.

  • New fee categories

    Fee categories describe what type of product an ASIN is, and may be different from the category the ASIN appears in our marketplaces. To help you align your products with the most relevant fee categories, we’re adding: breast pumps, diaper bags, gym weights, large furniture, netting cover, shelves (includes cabinets, racks and item stands), and health and household – regulated healthcare (includes menstrual cups, contact lenses, diagnostic kits, and pain relief).

No action is required. These changes will automatically apply to your account starting March 16.

We have enhanced the image upload process in Upload Images to make managing images for your product catalogue faster and more flexible.

Here are the key improvements:

  • Increased upload capacity: In Upload Images, include both multiple individual images and zip files in each upload session.
  • Flexible file naming: Choose between two naming options for more control on how you manage your images:
    • Standard format: Product ID + variant + extension
    • Custom naming: Name files as desired and assign them to your product within the tool
  • Simplified sibling ASIN management: Upload images for one ASIN and copy them to ASINs that are visually similar with Assign Images or Image Manager tools. This eliminates the need to manually copy, rename and upload each time.

On April 5, 2026, you will be classified into one of the four STEP levels (Basic, Standard, Advanced or Premium) based on your performance between January 1 and March 31, 2026.

STEP is a tiered level-based benefits programme that provides customised and actionable recommendations to help you work on improving key customer experience metrics, such as Service Quality Score, Product Listing Quality Score and Prime Listing Customer Views, among others. With STEP, you are evaluated at the start of every quarter based on your performance in the previous quarter.

Work on improving your customer experience performance metrics and upgrade your STEP level.

There is still time to work on improving your performance metrics before this evaluation period ends. To view your current level and the associated benefits, go to the STEP Dashboard.
