A tale of utter frustration, incompetence, and an appalling lack of accountability from Amazon India. We are here to shed light on the ongoing chaos that we a Home Decor and Furniture brand from Maharashtra, India, is forced to endure at the hands of Amazon's disappointing Easy Ship Service.
November 18, 2023: Our first order (Order ID: 405-6617751-4659514). The Easy Ship pick-up was a no-show, and what did Amazon suggest? Fill the Easy Ship Miss Pick-Up Form. The cycle repeats, leading to cancellation fees.
Subsequent orders (405-1246889-5992319 on Nov 24, 402-7795108-0043500 on Nov 24, 405-4572591-4219505 on Nov 28 ) followed suit, with the Easy Ship service being the epitome of unreliability. Repeated pleas to Amazon Seller Support? Same robotic response: "Fill the Easy Ship Miss Pick-Up Form, and we will take action." As if it's the magical fix for their broken system.
Let's make some noise and demand the service we signed up for!

Good Morning and welcome to Amazon as a seller.
Just as you and me signed up for being a seller on Amazon, there's a logistics guy near your pick up location who signed up, for being an Easy ship partner with Amazon.
Please solve your problem at the root. Call that courier agency guy (the boss) - Tell him you will be supplying to him regularly. Maybe he doesn't have vehicle, at the right time, to pickup heavy parcels or the courier boys under him (his employees) are out of his control. Probably he is also a new sign up on Amazon just like you.
Nevertheless everything will fall in place, in time, as you will keep posting orders on his mobile app, just as you get it. He has to pick up your orders, otherwise his account health metrics will go for a toss.
