Facing issue with Video Builder tool
Hi,
I noticed most of the product listings have a video that captures product images, some text, and amazon music in the background. I am trying to make some using Video Builder, but the video duration for the templates I am getting is a maximum of 15 seconds, whereas many listings have videos of up to a minute or two.
Can someone please help?

It can happen that the Video Builder tool offers only 15-second videos. Have you checked with Amazon Ads support about this? They might have specific information about video length limitations.
Alternatively, you can review other tools to create your videos. On the bottom of this webpage, under Additional resources > Third-party video creation tools, you'll find links to templates for tools like Canva, Vimeo, or Adobe.
