Account Health Support, Suspended & Deactivated Accounts, Listing Violations

To Whom It May Concern,

I have been actively selling on Amazon for 12 years, and during this time I have researched all of Amazon's policies and tried to do so very carefully. I may have made a mistake during this time, but Amazon's closing of my account has caused me and my 35 employees a very difficult time for the last 3 months. I do not defend this only for myself. I defend the rights of all my employees. The closure of our account made both me and my employees very sad. I am sure that the person who follows our appeals has ulterior motives. We believe that our appeals are not read and are automatically returned to our emails. Even our second video call request was not taken into consideration. We are so confident that we want a video call again and even that is not answered. After waiting for 45 days, we learned that our account was closed. Although it was supposed to be returned within 5 days after the application was made, it was returned 45 days later. The person or the robot who read our objection is returned to us without being read at all. Because of this, 35 people had to become unemployed. I want to visit you at your headquarters. I am so confident that I want to visit you at your location. Because I am very confident in myself, I have not made any mistakes on purpose. Recently, I was very saddened to hear the news that Seller Performance Team had made an agreement with Amazon sellers on television and in newspapers. We supply our products from giant distributors and from the manufacturers such as Ingram Micro, Synnex, BestBuy, Ubiquiti, WD, Costco,ebay etc. We shared their information and invoices already. If you examine our website, you can see how ethical and honest we work (pexbo.com). We are being treated completely unfairly right now, and this injustice is yours. I think it will end. If we made a mistake, of course we should be punished, but I am sure that we did not make a mistake knowingly, we are all human, we may have made a mistake unknowingly and we will be punished for it. Here is WHY this is the case.

Best Buy is NOT an authorized wholesale distributor of anything. They are a RETAIL website and you have RECEIPTS, not invoices.

Costco is NOT an authorized wholesale distributor of anything. They are a RETAIL website and you have RECEIPTS, not invoices.

Ubiquiti is NOT an authorized wholesale distributor of anything. They are a RETAIL website and you have RECEIPTS, not invoices.

Buying for resale on Amazon from eBay is an absolute violation of Amazon terms and conditions and admitting doing that is enough by itself to earn your permanent suspension.

I see you had originally posted about your account deactivation about 6 months ago regarding unsuitable inventory. Can you confirm if this is the same issue?

If this is still the same situation we will require valid invoices and or other requested documents from the original deactivation notice which can also include a letter of authorization. You can also see more on our unsuitable inventory investigations policy by reviewing our help page.

I have been actively selling on Amazon for 12 years, and during this time I have researched all of Amazon's policies and tried to do so very carefully. I may have made a mistake during this time, but Amazon's closing of my account has caused me and my 35 employees a very difficult time for the last 3 months.

I see you had originally posted about your account deactivation about 6 months ago regarding unsuitable inventory. Can you confirm if this is the same issue?

If this is still the same situation we will require valid invoices and or other requested documents from the original deactivation notice which can also include a letter of authorization. You can also see more on our unsuitable inventory investigations policy by reviewing our help page.
