Wow is NCX ratings broken

After the increase in returns from the holidays, I started getting hit with alerts regarding high NCX ratings, to see that Amazon has flagged products as defective for return reasons like "I don't like the color" and a bundle listing both items didn't ship together.

Even better, new ASINs are getting flagged with ZERO ratings on voice of the customer.

Seller support seems to not have an answer on how to dispute anything. Hoping someone has had some experience on how to get the NCX ratings fixed, or at least how to dispute when they have ridiculous things on them that have nothing to do with the product, listing, or quality.

Yes, something is seriously wrong with NCX. Seems like they updated the AI with faulty intelligence. I have a lot of hits to my ratings that aren't actually NCX. I have not had any success with having invalid ones removed. SS tells me to ignore it. They claim it won't affect you but I am convinced it does..

A couple of mine:

Someone's return reason was "unwanted item" with the comment "doesn't work for me." With context, the meaning is that "it was not what they were looking for" and not that there is a quality issue--but the AI does not understand that and now I have hit for it.

Another person was trying to respond to my message to them to say they did not receive my template message email--now I have a hit for that. *silently fuming* (That was user-error on their part but why would it be available to them if they have not received their order yet????????)

My sales dropped suddenly after receiving NCX. And the NCX feedback doesn't make sense. So the conclusion is either the algorithms incorrectly attached someone else's feedback or some competitor who has access is messing with the ratings. Either way there is no solution at the moment. Seller support just writes generic information if you open a case.
