Disappointed and Disgusted by Amazon's Lack of Support for Small Sellers.
I’m writing this message out of sheer disappointment and frustration with how Amazon is treating small sellers. We put our heart, time, and money into building our businesses, only to be left helpless when customers blatantly misuse the system.
It's truly disheartening to see how easily some customers can cheat us — they keep our product, send back something disgusting or completely unrelated, and yet Amazon turns a blind eye. Instead of protecting the seller, Amazon not only refunds the customer but essentially donates *both* our product *and* our money to them.
Let me ask — why would a seller, who has built their business from scratch, sabotage their own reputation by putting irrelevant or gross items in a return package? It defies logic, and yet Amazon always seems to side with the buyer without proper investigation.
I’m disgusted by this careless approach. We deserve better — a fair and transparent return process where sellers are not automatically treated as guilty. If this continues, small sellers like us will be pushed to the brink while dishonest customers take full advantage.
Amazon, please do better. Our trust is fading.

Lol, Mujhe tumpar hasi aa rahi hai....Whatever you say, Amazon won't improve themselves......Their own logistics Easyship is doing open fraud with sellers, they are opening all RTO parcels and stealing them......A big scam is going on, where Amazon's logistics higher level managers are involved in this scam.....They are stealing items of Amazon sellers and gathering it.....Later they are directly selling to small local shops.........In your area, you might have seen new shops are opening by name as Amazon/Flipkart returned items........these courier fellows are selling our products to them at 20% prices, those shop fellows are showing product page of amazon and offering same item at 50% discount to customers

yes this happens very frequently that buyers are using the article and sending it back or sending fake article or they order two or three articles and return only one and always the sellesis paying for this

I absolutely second the thought . This is regularly happening to me too and sellers are made to suffer the losses . Amazon even declines the safe T claims in such instances on pretext of exceeded claim window. i am forced to think if i should even continue with Amazon. The return policy is against seller interest. We cannot bear the loss posed out of wrong product being returned to us and Amazon also declining the claim. Amazon team must come out with sustainable policy for All.
