Late Shipment Rate of 4%
Hi,
We recieved orders to be dispatched on a non-operating day. Even though Sunday is a non-operating day in our shipping settings, we recieved orders and they're all marked late as our office is closed on Sunday and we shipped them on Monday.
What can be done?

You can raise the ticket for this incident and Report the Account Health Depart ment.
You can go through Account Health Breakdown and you will get call to direct Account Health Breakdown Department....
They will note down your report.
Note: This issues will removed within 60 days of Late Shipment.
