Manage Fake COD order and Fake Return - Best Suggestion for Amazon
Hi amazon team,
Amazon should reimbursement both side shipping charges from customer side at time of order and than allow COD options.
If customer or seller rejected the order before shipment than return full amount of Shipping
If order is rejected by buyer after shipment than such shipping charges not to be refund customer due to customer
Amazon Should Start Video Verification of Goods which dispatch to Customer. and same video is verify by buyer about goods is ok… than seller dispatch and same process for return by seller video verification.
This process help full for seller for increase sell on amzone

Solution surely looks good on page but given the parcels quantities and one need to go through too many hassle. In such case amazon will ask seller to give video proof of packaging been done, product being operated and then same parcel been scanned by Easy Ship person. Seller will have to maintain big video data for all the orders dispatched and return received. Though we always take pictures of return received and take a video if we find that parcel is very much damaged or being opened during transportation or if there’s anything wrong about parcel. Though seller support will never go through that much lengthy process. Safe-T claim is easy for both seller and Amazon.
Though Amazon should work on reimbursement policy and should give full product reimbursement also should refund the shipping charges in such cases so seller can run smooth business. Mean while amazon should promote more and more prepaid orders so that sellers and Amazon can save themselves from fake orders and shipping charges levied on sellers. Amazon should closely monitor such customers whose cancellation ratio is high and they should be prohibit from placing orders on “Cash On Delivery” most of the time cancelled or RTO are COD orders only.
We hope Amazon work on such issues more aggressively so sellers will be more confident to work on platform.

Buyers are also making FAKE prepaid orders. I got an order without any contact number. & one with phone number as “1234567890”.
Amazon should start OTP verification of order.

COD or FBA orders, Amazon refunds any customer returns above 8% i.e. if you have sold 100 pieces and out of which 10 pieces have been rejected then Amazon will refund shipping charges and other fee for 2 pcs. Go through Amazon policy. But I agree with your argument … They must refund for all the customer reject & undelivered orders.

Agree this point. Because we are selling high value product. But buyer simply ask return wrong product received. We are very much suffer. My suggestion close all COD order. Return Pick up from buyer must verify 100% . Why Amazon not doing this process.
