Amazon granted an A-Z return and issued my customer credit and they returned a product that wasn't ours.

Did Amazon charge you for the return? There should be an appeal button

To contact seller support directly, you can navigate to the Help button located in the upper righthand corner of your Seller Central page.
However, as @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 mentioned, A-to-Z claims have their own appeals process. You can learn more about filing an appeal for an A-to-Z claim here.
