Safe-t claims amount very low
Urge Amazon to rework the Amazon Safe-t claim approval amount, at least we should know the reason for getting the lowest amount (for Rs 600/- product we are getting only Rs. 60/70/-) which is not covering packaging cost while we send a perfect product to the customer and customer misusing the return policy and used the product on his occasion and returned, these products completely damaged for us and we can't sell it another customer ethically. Moreover, we have both FBA and selfship but getting the same Safe-t claim. Request from other sellers if they also have the same experience

Dear Amazon Team,
It is very upset to say that my product cost is 600 but it was refunded to the buyer and when i put a safe T claim i got a very less claim amount of Rs 125 which is five times less than the product cost and yesterday i received a mail saying my product got rejected due to late delivery. And i want to ask the team what is my fault why i should bear the loss instead of the logistics . I just want to request the amazon team to please look in to it and do the needful to the sellers.

Yes you are right the buyers are taking undue advantage of Return Policy even I Got some 200 odd Rupees for our product which is Rs.1500
The buyer cut the piece in half and returned it making it useless. Inspite of sending Pics of Product to Amazon Team No satisfactory reply was given by Amazon
Action should also be taken against such buyers by Amazon

You missed the refund fee which is charged separately. Technically you are paying too much out of your pocket . For seller with non returnable product it > 200% loss . Product gone and payment also. Amazon is no longer a profit making platform, try other platform.
