Account suspend

dear team
on 9th august 2020 . i recieved a message from your side that your account is temporarily suspended because of inauthencity of product , okay we get it. but i ask only one thing that what is inauthencity. we will upload brand authorization letter , all invoices , all documents etc etc . but no reply came from amazon side no mail, no call etc nothing.

  1. i ask only one thing why you can do this ? we will invest a huge money on our product , paid highly rented places , workers salary , and one day you send a simple message that you account was suspended and all finish , i think this is inauthencity .
  2. please first of all you ask once invoices ,authorization letter etc ,before suspend the account , no you first suspend then ask where is your invoices ,authorization letter etc etc etc. , i think this is inauthencity .
  3. third one when you suspend account then you also suspend contact number , neither you contact seller neither you send your contact detail., i think this is inauthencity.
  4. my account was suspended on 9 th august , i upload all documents on 10th august , but no reply came from amazon neither mail, neither call. today 12 august no reply, i think this is inauthencity.
    so kindly check this mail and also check my account and reply

Thanks for reaching out. We definitely do not want our sellers to experience this kind of delay.

Once you submit your appeal, it generally takes about 48 to 72 hrs for the concerned team to respond. However, sometimes there may be an unexpected delay.

I’d request you to review all the performance notifications and see if you have received any email asking for any additional information. If you have already done it and haven’t received any response yet, I’d request you to not to send any further email as this may further delay the review process.

Also, not all brands require documents before listing. However, if the listings in question are of high branded, the action will be taken on the account.

Request you to take a look at Amazon’s policies regarding the sale of counterfeit items in Seller Central Help:
