I am writing to raise a concern regarding the unfair treatment we are experiencing as a seller on your platform.

We are trying to sell Labubu dolls, but despite listing and efforts, we are not getting any visibility or orders. At the same time, we have noticed that another seller, Adarsh Laboratory, is receiving over 1000 orders in just one month for the same product.

If we are restricted or limited in selling this product, then why is their listing still active and performing so strongly? This appears to be highly unfair and creates an imbalance in opportunities for sellers like us.

We request a proper investigation into this matter and urge Amazon to ensure a level playing field for all sellers. Please let us know the reason behind this difference and whether their listing is authorized differently.
