New fulfilment centre opens in Madhya Pradesh on May 4, 2025
Amazon is opening a new fulfilment centre (IDX2) in Madhya Pradesh on May 4, 2025. This facility will replace the existing SIDA fulfilment centre to provide better service to customers in the region.
The SIDA fulfilment centre will cease operations on June 30, 2025. To ensure a smooth transition, you must update your GST registration certificates to include IDX2 as an additional place of business by June 20, 2025. Once your GST registration is complete and other applicable licences are verified, we will move your sellable inventory from SIDA to IDX2 at no cost to you.
Important dates to note:
- June 20, 2025: Deadline to upload updated GST certificates to Seller Central.
- June 30, 2025: Last day to send shipments to SIDA.
- June 30, 2025: Last day to send shipments to SIDA.
- June 30, 2025: Final day for customer order shipments from SIDA.
If you do not complete the GST requirements by June 20, we will create removal orders for your unsold inventory at SIDA in accordance with the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. You will be responsible for addressing any tax authority claims resulting from GST non-compliance.

We have been try to add APOB for IDX2 for 2 months but there has been no proper response from the team. Somehow we were able to add APOB to the GST but the portal still doesn't show IDX2 FC only SIDA. Even after multiple queries, we didn't get any response.
Please let us know how we're supposed to move forward.

Regarding to NOC and BSA for IDX2 FC.

I am a new seller on Amazon. I have mailed to provide documents for registration in Madhya Pradesh Fulfillment Center and have generated them somehow but every time I am being sent the documents of the old fulfillment center SIDA which is now closed. It has been 10 to 15 days since I have been doing this process and I have generated three to four cases in this regard and have also talked to the service provider on call. Every time they have given me the same reply that this time your documents will be received but till date I have not received the seller NOC and BSA of the new fulfillment center IDX2. Please provide me the documents of the new fulfillment center IDX2 of Madhya Pradesh so that I can register in the fulfillment center of my state as soon as possible.
