Amazon Seller Account Verification Issue, Urgent Assistance Needed!
Dear Amazon Seller Community,
I am a honest, diligent Amazon seller who has always strictly adhered to Amazon’s policies, doing my best to provide the highest quality service to my customers. However, recently I encountered a problem that has left me feeling heartbroken and helpless. My account was under review and Amazon asked me to verify some documents. All the documents I provided were genuine and valid, but in the end, I was still rejected.
I’ve been selling on Amazon for 7 years, and now have a large amount of inventory, which represents years of effort and sweat. However, my Amazon sales account failed to pass the verification process and I can’t continue to sell my goods on Amazon. This has been a huge blow to me, and I feel very helpless.
Here is the appeal process I went through with Amazon:
May 22, I received a performance verification notice, needing to provide identity verification documents and address verification documents.
June 3, I provided my household registration as the identity verification document.
July 5, I provided a notarized copy of the company’s latest business license.
July 7, Amazon replied that I need to provide a government-issued copy of the latest business license, not a notarized version. I complied.
August 1, I was notified that my Amazon sales account did not pass the verification process and the channel for submitting documents was closed.
August 2: I sent an email to Amazon’s seller verification team (seller-verification-review-cn@amazon.co.uk) at 15:12 Beijing time seeking help. However, they replied me in just 13 minutes, at 15:25 Beijing time, saying that they had reviewed my account and the information I provided, and decided to ban me from continuing to sell on Amazon. This makes me suspect that Amazon didn’t actually review the documents I provided, but just systemically responded to the email.
I want to reiterate that I am a legitimate Amazon seller who has always complied with Amazon’s policies. All the documents I provided are genuine and valid. I am very disappointed with the way Amazon has handled this and feel they have been irresponsible and not given me a fair opportunity.
I am currently at a loss as to what to do. I hope someone can help me resolve this issue, help me recover my Amazon sales account so I can continue selling my goods on Amazon.
