⚠️ ATS Return Fraud – Return Marked Delivered at 8:30 PM but Never Received

Hello Amazon Seller Support Team,

I am starting this discussion to highlight a serious and repeated issue with Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) related to return deliveries.

One of my return parcels was marked as “Delivered” at around 8:30 PM, but the parcel was never handed over to me and never reached my location.

When the regular pickup agent visited my place, I clearly informed him to pick up 2 return parcels, because those returns were never delivered to me in the first place. However, I am not sure what was done internally, but both returns were later marked as delivered using the SAME OTP, even though I never received them physically.

This is not the first incident. There have been multiple cases of ATS falsely marking return parcels as delivered, resulting in losses for sellers. Unfortunately, Amazon seems unable to control or take strict action against its own logistics partner, while sellers are forced to follow very strict policies.

Amazon has numerous rules and penalties for sellers, but when fraud is happening through Amazon’s own agency, sellers are left without proper protection or accountability.

This situation is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about seller safety, transparency, and fairness.

I guess you can still file Safe-T claim, check if possible then file it immediately otherwise Safe-T claim filing window would get closed.

Yes, even we are facing the same issue.

Apparently, these ATS delivery guys have the power to change the OTP mobile number to their own and mark it as delivered without returning the product, which is totally wrong on Amazon's and ATS's part.

When you contact seller support always says to file a Safe-T Claim, however, there is a problem in that too:

1. Safe-T claims reject, saying you have given OTP, which is never the case.

2. For each return, only 1 Safe-T Calim can be filed, and suppose we file it for the non-return issue, and then when and if the product is finally returned, it is different or damaged, you cannot file another safe-T claim.

The solution I have found? Call the delivery boy whose contact number you have received for sharing OTP and ask for their centre address/location, and send someone there to collect your material, and if it is damaged, file a Safe-T claim for the damage.

That is the only solution I have so far.

Amazon has a pathetic service in this regard.

ATS guys are not up to the mark and even will not reach by schedule time or they might skip and its effecting our scoring there is no team from amazon to enquire or resolve the issues which is effecting seller creditability .
