AMAZON NOW DEVELOPED A NEW TREND OF DOING FRAUD WITH SELLERS. FIRST YOU GET A CALL AND EMAIL FROM AMAZON FOR ADS RECOMMENDATION AGENT. THEY WILL ASK TO ACCEPT THOSE RECOMMENDATION SO THAT THE SALE COULD INCREASED. WE HAVE ACCEPTED TWO TIMES. ORDERS INCREASED ONLY FOR SOME DAYS. WE NEVER EXPECT SUCH FRAUD FROM AMAZON SO DO NOT CHECKED THE ORDERS. AGAIN SECOND TIME GOT THE SAME CALL AGAIN WE ACCEPTED AGAIN ORDER INCREASED. THIS TIME, WE HAVE CHECKED EACH AND EVERY ORDERS AND FOUND THAT FOR ABOUT 10 TO 15 ORDERS WERE HAVING FAKE SHIPPING ADDRESS. AND ALL OF THEM WERE VERIFIED BY AMAZON. HOW ??? HOW COULD BE A SHIPPING ADDRESS AS : BUYER NAME, CITY NAME, AND STATE NAME ONLY.......
NO HOUSE NUMBER AREA LANDMARK NOTHING.
AND THE ORDER GOT VERIFIED BY AMAZON BECAUSE THEY THEMSELVES PLACING THESE FAKE ORDERS IN ORDER TO JUSTIFY THEM SELVES AS THEY ARE TAKING MONEY FROM OUR RUNNING ADS SO THEY HAVE TO SHOW ABOUT THE INCREASED ORDER STATEMENT...

Well said, I faced this issue in 2022,2023,2024 and till now , we observed that this selling Online is win-Lose method also its a type of Scam.
Amazon has to provide the customer data properly otherwise we will have to show this scam in Social Media.

Amazon has not hired professionals to handle the seller central account. They lack basic knowledge and understanding. All that the seller support team does is copying and pasting template answers.

For orders with incomplete addresses, did you try to report suspicious orders before shipping them? If you notice any suspicious orders, you can use the option to send them to Amazon for investigation. This allows Amazon to investigate potentially fraudulent activity before any products are sent.

Have you already reported these orders through this tool? If not, I recommend doing so immediately.
Remember to document all cases thoroughly for your records.
