BlueDart tracking status is always stuck on Verifying tracking details

Whenever we are shipping using BlueDart, the tracking Status is always stuck on Verifying tracking details in the sent tab of Manage Orders.

The tracking isn’t the issue as it shows up in BlueDart website.

This is not happening with Delhivery, anyone else facing this issue?

We had similar issue few days ago. But the delivery of the item was properly recorded.

I also fulfilled amazon orders through BLUEDART carrier partner, but from last 20 days I am facing big issue that when customer track their package on Amazon then he see "package is lost and It will not be delivered", but actually packet not lost, but customer takes refund from an amazon through this message, this is happening to all orders which I shipped through BLUEDART, are you also facing this issue???
