Urgent Report – Scam Sellers on Amazon

Dear Amazon Team,

@Maja_Amazon @Julia_Amazon @Manny_Amazon @Sandy_Amazon@Cooper_Amazon@Michelle_Amazon@CR_Amazon@Jameson_Amazon

I am reaching out to report a fraudulent seller who is scamming customers. This seller has listed a best-selling product at an unusually low price but is not actually shipping any products to buyers. Instead, they are using fake tracking numbers to collect payments.

Many customers have already fallen victim to this scam, and despite multiple reports to customer support, no action has been taken. I urgently request that the Amazon team conduct a thorough investigation into this seller and take immediate action to protect consumers.

Please let me know if any additional information is needed. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

First, this is a FORUM and not Amazon so only other sellers are normally here to see questions and cries for help. The occasional MOD does stop by to monitor things and maybe one will see this.

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.

And then, THIS fits in very well with a different post titled "Amazon officially allows fraud?" --

This is not the first time I've seen this. Because they use Buy Shipping thru Amazon and CSBA, they basically have a loophole. They make profits when customers don't take action, even though they don't receive the product. We've had sellers on our listings like this before, and it's especially hard when they violate MAP.

This raises a question I hadn't thought about previously:

Are Seller Fulfilled Prime shipments protected against NEG FB as is FBA? ie. "The fulfillment issues associated with this order were not due to the seller"

It would seem to be the case, as these struck-through FB's represent orders that were never really shipped. Or is there another way to game the system through FBA yet not be held responsible?

In checking the links you provided, it does seem like action was taken because the webpages no longer exist. As Neverlast has mentioned, continue reporting!
