all apperal category sale is highjacked by Cocoblue..
we spent almost lacs Rs per month on advertisement and also opt for deal of day, but still sale is droop by 50%.
After investigation i found that all brand is taken by COCOBLUE and all sale allocate to this Company..
i want to know is COCOBLUE is legal entity as per Indian Ecommerce Laws?

They have partnership similar to Appario collaboration with Amazon in the electronics category. they have collaborations with senior management at Amazon and high investments . This arrangement would involve them handling advertising and recommendations for Amazon's products and services even though we pay.

You are right Amazon gives 50% sale in apparel category to Cocoblu Retail. We small seller just wasting our money by doing advertisement on these E-commerce. we can not beat Cocoblu in sale. Seems Amazon is not charging commission from Cocoblu that's why they can sell at very low price.
These days all sellers are facing drop in sale by 70-80% not only on Amazon but at all platforms.

Yes, it's legal, and you have to compete with other brands, not sellers. Amazon has changed their algorithm; you should have to work according to the new algorithm, and you will definitely get good sales.

Cocoblu are dominating in footwear category too, they've captured all of brand Sparx's sales and are offering at very low prices which isn't possible for every seller to offer at such low prices, it's like impossible to retail stuff while mapping listings where cocoblu are selling.
Appario and Cocoblu are dominating Amazon, and i've heard that Amazon have to delist Appario and Cocoblu as sellers because acc. to the new policy, E-commerce operators can't sell stuff on their own platform, as in this case Amazon has major stakes in Appario and Cocoblu so they're kinda selling stuff on their own platform which isn't legal acc. to the new policy and now they have to take action but nothing has happened till now though.
