Pickup is not happening by the schedule time

Amazon gives me 2 days to schedule pickup. I've done it within 1 day. On the schedule date and time, the pickup is not happening. This is happening for all my orders. For the first couple of orders, I have complained and order picked up next day. But for the recent order even after couple of complaints, it didn't happened. And now the account health is shot down and verge of deactivarion because of EasyShip's mistake.

After you've reported the issue through the dedicated channel I mentioned, could you please share the case ID with me?

Don't worry about your account health - our system automatically tracks these pickup issues, and your metrics will be updated within 48 hours once the orders appear in the scheduling issue report. You won't be penalized for delays that are beyond your control.
