Do I have to come here everytime I need support?
Can a mod explain what seller support clearly does not understand. CASE ID 17122429351 one of many. (4 so far from same no name brand) A seller has used a UPC they don't own and have never owned and seller support is telling me to list under that UPC. This is a no name (random character seller) who has stolen the UPC codes to list their product. UPS's that are owned by the company I rep. Why must it be so hard to get anything that remotely looks like help from seller support.

That's no guarantee a mod will respond, of course, but at least if they don't, you'll know you're being ignored as opposed to not being seen. 😉

if you haven't already, try the chat function instead of email
not 100%, but i've had more success when chatting with a live person ...
sidenote, i would suggest using the chat during business hours local to yourself ... same for submitting written requests for support .... no offense to anybody's culture, just going by my own personal experience

Support is awful. They intentionally act inept so they don't have to do anything except play canned email reply routlette. Sellers pay a monthly fee for support which I think is egregious given the responses we have to deal with. Unless you use the forums, you will get nowhere.
