Confirmation of E-Invoice API Integration & Related Queries

Ref : Search it on YouTube > Update E-invoice Credentials | Seller University | Amazon India ( Its an Einvoice tutorial Video)

As per the video tutorial, we have created the API username and password and added them to the Amazon E-Invoice portal (Tax Settings > E-Invoice) for all available state. But we have somany doubts attaching below for your reference..also expecting answers to all doubts.

1. After updating the API username and password on the Amazon portal, do we need to take any additional steps, or is the process fully completed? If not, how much time will it take to complete the process?

2. If the API integration is successful, after creating an FBA shipment, how long does it take for the e-invoice to be generated (also on the Gov portal)? We are asking because, after updating Karnataka, we created an FBA shipment, but it has not yet appeared on the government E-Invoice portal.

3. Once the E-Invoice API integration is successful, will Amazon automatically generate e-invoices for normal B2B Amazon customer orders (since e-invoicing is mandatory for all B2B transactions)? Also, will they reflect on the E-Invoice portal? If a tax officer or any authority requests these B2B e-invoices, where can we find them?

4. Regarding IXD stock transfers—if we create an FBA shipment from Kerala to Karnataka (where an e-invoice is generated automatically) and it reaches successfully, we are part of the IXD program. Based on sales levels, Amazon may transfer stock from Karnataka to, for example, West Bengal. For such shipments, will Amazon automatically generate the e-invoice?

5. After successfully creating the FBA shipment, in some situations, based on our stock availability, we may need to adjust the shipment quantity instead of deleting it (not the box size, just the product units). Normally, once we adjust the quantity, we receive a revised delivery challan with the updated quantity. In this case, will the e-invoice also get updated automatically to reflect the revised quantity?

6. If we cancel an FBA shipment after creation, will the cancellation also reflect on the E-Invoice portal?

7. In the FBA shipment delivery challan, there is a column for the IRN number. After successful API integration, will the IRN number be automatically reflected in the FBA shipment delivery challan when we create an FBA shipment? We are asking because the IRN number is a key component of the e-invoice, and the delivery challan includes a column for it. Additionally, after automation, we will no longer receive the e-invoice directly from the Amazon portal, so we want to confirm if the IRN will be included in the challan automatically.
