GTIN Exemption
I am a new Amazon seller and am trying to list a new product onto Amazon but since I don't have the product id/barcode I need a GTIN exemption. When I click apply now for the GTIN exemption it takes me to the selling application homepage and doesn't bring me to the GTIN exemption forum. What am I doing wrong?

This is exactly what is happening to me as well. It won't work on the website or in the app. It's definitely on Amazon's end, but when I contact seller support they keep telling me how to apply for the exemption. Duh! I know how to do that. The problem is that the links themselves aren't working.

I am having the same issue. When I click on apply for exemption there is no where to add my product just the dashboard with other expeditions I applied for already I guess. The video is of no help.

If you didn't figure this out, it just worked for me after I first applied for brand name approval and then used that brand name before clicking on the Apply Now button

I am having same issue. Amazon, has the GTIN exemption process changed? If so, the videos are out of date.
