RETURNLESS REFUND POLICY NEEDS TO CHANGE for Non returnble items BY AMAZON
Dear Amazon Team,
Your return less refund policy is the Huge loss for sellers, This policy is encouraging the buyers to do frauds with non returnable items like costly dry fruits and etc.
1. Costly product loss 2. Our Money loss,
If buyer wants to return the non returnable items it should be return to the seller, If with out approval of seller amazon refund to customer, at this point amazon should ask to seller WHETHER THAT ITEM IS NEED TO RETURN OR NOT,
FINALLY SELLERS NEEDS THEIR ITEMS RETURN( WHICH IS NON RETURNABLE ITEMS ,THAT IS RETURN LESS REFUNDS ITEMS).
In this items, buyers are consuming our costly product and they are getting their money back with easy efforts.
So this policy is encouraging to buyers to do frauds.

100% agree with you on this. Many buyers take advantage of this "Return less Refund policy" of amazon at the cost of us Sellers. Amazon should scrap this policy.

in this case, you will get reimbursement after approx 45-50 days. reimbursement will be around 20% less than usual settlement. i always get reimbursement. if you dont get, you can raise safe-t-claim.

same goes to product in automotive sector also , Amamzon policy is encouraging fake buyers. even if you complain before shipment , they donot take care , they just send you an automated message .
