Package is delayed but customer was refunded
Hello,
We sent a package with Amazon shipment and USPS has been showing delayed in transit for quite some time now. However, instead of any claim being made to us or us being alerted in any way that the item was delayed in transit, the customer was automatically refunded.
How do we proceed with this? We've opened an A-Z claim with Amazon which has been denied.

Why would you open an A-Z claim? The buyer probably opened a claim and because it was late, were refunded. Was the refund Amazon funded or did it get taken from you?

If there was no A-Z claim, do you possibly use CSBA?
