Pick up boy didnt come!!!!!!!

Hello Everyone,

I am a new seller and was very excited to start my amazon journey, but unfortunately within 3-5 days i had the worse experince. I received good number of orders and kept the orders ready but the pick guy never showed up. I called him plenty of times every day but he never showed up and kept saying *I am coming in an hour or so*. This repeated for 3 days continously.

Now my every order is getting cancelled due to issues with Easy Ship pickup service.

I have raised this issue through seller support, but each time the only solution offered is a refund of cancellation charges.

My accountis at risk for deactivation now and they even charges for cancellation.

Please take this issue seriously and resolve it urgently. It’s demotivating and frustating for new sellers who are trying to grow their business sincerely.

What are the other options for such cases? Why can't amazon provide quick solutions for such cases?

This issue has been lasted for more than 8 years now with the new sellers, They introduced a new change where they provided pickup boy contact details as well, You can just ask for other sellers nearby your area to get their supervisor number and issue a complaint

Hope you get this issue solved, Once they start picking up your orders it will be in routine afterwards. Please treat them wisely and with respect so that they take care of your needs as well

Amazon team will help you. Account deactivation issues will be sorted out when a case is raised. Tell them genuinely in help section, they will definitely help, it may take 4-5 days, but it will be sorted out, i assure you. Order cancellation could not revert back but you will not face same issue in future.

Go to the account health section and click on "Call me now" button to spaek with the account health specialist. Tell them everything they ask. Good luck

Same here...i have been waiting for the pick up to happen but the pick up agent is not coming to take the shipment...Mine is a new start up and it does not reflect my image very well on the buyers due to this issue...Money can be refunded but the tarnished image cannot be built again

I am 8 years old seller. Pickup boy is not coming at my location also. My account was suspended then activated.....Also what they are doing is, when we fill form for No pickup....Courier boy is updating over there that, I have attmpted pickup but seller did not handover.....I have submitted all evidences to amazon seller support, they did not listen to me....U know copy paste answers of seller support, they are just robots...u mail them 100 times, everytime u get same answer..even pickup guys demanding 1000 rupess for doing pickup regularly... i gave them 500 rupees, but still they are not doing pickups....amazon easyship is very poor....5 years back, it was very good....

Your account will be suspended.....Tomorrow when u say that,pickup boy did not come....Amazon's easyship will tell that, your package was not ready and u did not handover.....U give 100 proof's amazon support won't listen to you.....better opt for selfship....
