I need to verify my identity due to a Consumer Notification Act requirement. I submitted the business license, ID card, and credit card bill on May 27th. And I provided real information. On May 29, Amazon replied to the email, saying that my information could not be verified, and the authentication failed (due to incorrect credit card billing address). and
Put my account in a suspended state, and there is no entry for a second verification. Then on May 30, through the link (sales application) provided by the seller support, I submitted the business license and ID card, and my CASE is still not reviewed, and I still cannot sell the product.
I have learned from many sellers that after their identity verification fails, they will not suspend the sale of the account, and there will be a second or third verification entry. And I have been suspended for more than half a month, and there is still no entry re-authentication.
(There are many people in similar situations around me. They all failed the authentication and stopped selling. They have not opened their accounts so far.)
Please tell me what I need to do. I am anxiously waiting for a response from Amazon every day
