Negative Review not in Feedback
Customer left negative review because a used product (don't know how) was sent, by Amazon, to customer. Amazon says customer never left review yet it can still be found on product page. Negative review also cannot be located in Feedback in Seller Central. Submitted numerous cases, screen shots, etc. and cannot get anywhere to have review removed as it was Amazon's fault.

Tiff here from Amazon. I wanted to check in on this topic because I noticed there were no responses yet. From what you described, it sounds like there is visible feedback on the product detail page regarding this item? If so, you may have an option to report the feedback for review.
Since you've already submitted support cases, can you share any related case ID numbers so I can review the history?
While I wait to hear from you, here are some Seller Central resources on managing and reporting product feedback. Please note that seller feedback is managed via the Feedback Manager (but it doesn't sound like you're referencing seller feedback in this scenario).
- Customer product reviews - The page contains an intro video to Amazon’s customer product review policies. Amazon encourages buyers to review the products they like and dislike to help customers make informed decisions about the products they purchase. To ensure that reviews remain helpful, sellers must comply with Customer product reviews policies. Learn more about product reviews here.
- To report possible violations: 1) Send an email to community-help@amazon.com, specifying the location of the content and the reason you believe it violates the guidelines and 2) Identify the product review and click the Report button on the review (see screenshot).
