Brand Approval Request
We have been working with a brand as their exclusive ecommerce sellers. We did our first order and sent through the documents to request approval for the brand.
For some reason we have not been approved and our request keep getting denied.
We have invoices directly from the supplier, a letter of authorization and an account with a perfect health score.
Does anyone know why this would be happening?

Does the LOA specifically say that you can sell on Amazon?
Are they in BR, and if they are, have they given Amazon a whitelist of authorized sellers and do not have yo on that list?

Update: We have been given Brand Registry for this brand, however Amazon is still not approving us to create listings for this brand. Can I get some help here from an Amazon team member as this is getting crazy.

I'm sorry you're running into difficulties with brand approvals. I've reviewed your case and can confirm that the application has been denied. These applications are being reviewed according to internal criteria, and unfortunately at this time you are not eligible to sell with that brand. If you would like a further review, you will need to appeal by replying to the case and provide new documents for review as communicated with the requirements on June 25.
