We have tried to do this twice. But Amazon does not allow it easily. Some Service Provider Network folks told us to register as a new entity with the new GST and migrate all the old listings. Not sure how that will impact sales.

Changing the GST number and details is not possible on Amazon, you have to create a new seller account.
